Protecting your privacy is important to us. We are committed to being transparent about how we use your data in the Positive Team Challenge, and about your rights to control your data.
When creating a team challenge, the person in charge of the initiative can decide to add the participants themselves.
In this case, the following data may be collected:
Forename
Professional email address
Personal mailing address
This information is only used to give you access to the platform, to enable you to participate in the challenge and to receive your digital or printed card. It will not be used for any other commercial or advertising purpose.
Data is kept for the duration of the event. Once the event is over, all data will be deleted within a maximum of 3 years, and no copies will be kept, either by us or by our service providers.
If the challenge manager decides to add participants manually or by uploading a file, each participant will receive a notification e-mail. At any time, if a participant wishes not to take part or to withdraw from the initiative, he or she can do so via a direct link in the e-mail received, thus guaranteeing his or her right to object.

All our service providers and subcontractors are rigorously selected for their commitment to data protection and are contractually bound to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information entrusted to them.
